At Papa Don't Preach, we strive for perfection in every couture piece; however, if your selection isn't the perfect fit, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Review

  Ensure the garment is unworn, in its original condition, and has all designer tags and security seals intact for approval.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the item back in its original luxury packaging and utilize the prepaid shipping label provided via email to secure your shipment.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our atelier inspects the returned piece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
